3/12/18- Sent follow-up email to Metosha, Diane, and Paula. Bumped date again to allow additional training time.

4/6/18- Sent ANOTHER follow-up email to Metosha.

5/3/18- Called Metosha and gave her the names again and told her that I would forward the email to her. She said that she would share it with all four ladies who are past due.
