4/13/17- Sent 2nd email and copied her boss, Angela Benoit.
5/8/17- Sent 3rd reminder (and copied boss), said will be removed if not completed by May 15.
6/9/17- Returned Kelsy's phone call. Advised her would bump it a little more to give her extra time.
7/7/17- Emailed Angela again since Kelsy STILL HAS NOT TAKEN IT!!!!!
