2/3/17- Sent 2nd email to recertify. And also sent email to her boss, Janet. Bumped date to 2/28/17 to give more time.
3/8/17- Sent email to Janet for her to share with her staff. Asked that it be completed by 3/27.
4/6/17- Spoke with Janet to ask that it be completed by 4/15/17. She requested that I email the link to her (again!). Emailed and asked her to share it with all who are due.
4/13/17- Sent final notice to Janet. Will remove at the end of the month.
