12/11/2017- Don't know how to reach this business since they are no longer with Good Shepherd. Called Wellness pointe and they said they've never heard of them??

2/12/2018- Called and left a message on Mary's voicemail asking if they want to remain certified. Went ahead and bumped date to the end of the month.

3/12/18- Found out that Jessica Garner is now the contact person. Sent email to her and advised her that she, Talisha, and Marsha all need to take the training.

4/6/18- Left message for Jessica asking whether Talisha and Marsha are going to recertify.

5/3/18- No response ever from organization, so removing from database.
