Emailed Donece and asked them to forward to all of their staff on 7/5/16. Advised them that they also need to take it. Bumped dates to 8/2/15.
Sent 2nd email on 7/29/16, asking that training be completed prior to 8/5/16.

8/31/16. Removed due to no training and no response.

3/12/18- Sent email to recertify.

4/6/18- Sent follow-up email to recertify.

5/3/18- Called her and asked that she complete it by 5/15. Sending her the email again.
