03/01/2019 - Had to manually update the training date, previous training date, previous certification date, and previous score. Email received: Sylvia Hawkins is working at a sub-courthouse while we’re short-handed and she’s having trouble accessing the test. Our IT department has looked at her profile and they believe the issue to be at the OAG. Below is the ticket update from ITD.

Contacted user about ticket, spoke with user about the issue, she said she was able to access the website, but unable to download the exam. She tried this at a machine at the Plaza building DT, and one other time on a different computer. I remote into the computer she is at, out at NE sub, and saw that she was able to get on the AOP website but the exam buttons was greyed out. I had her try this under both IE, and Firefox, with both browsers have the same results, checked compatibility settings and did not find any problems, since this issue is happening on multiple machines, and has been tried under multiple browser, I believe this issue to be with Sylvia's Profile on the AG website. I have requested the AG contact information from Gayla Neal, and will attempt to work with the AG support to resolve the issue.
